Observation

During the course of the complaint assessment, Licensor Lauilefue concluded there was enough information available to determine more likely than not a violation occurred. Licensor Lauilefue determined that during the course of the complaint assessment, the facility did not follow proper protocol such as calling emergency services when there was a suspected poisoning when the child came in contact with the diapering cream.
